ABFevo INVERTER represents the state of the art in cooling technology for air blown film lines and is essential for the most effective processing of the product. The device combines years of experience with modern technologies in order to increase performance and save energy. Thanks to the use of inverter to control the operation of the compressor in combination with the hot gas by-pass, precise air temperature control (+/- 0.1 ° C) and high optimization of energy consumption are ensured. To avoid additional heating of production area is condensation ensured by water provided by outside condensation kit or free cooler.

Description

The device can be supplied in several versions - the so-called UNO version for lines with external cooling of the blown film ("RING" side) or also the so-called DUE for lines with internal and external cooling of blown film. To maximize energy savings, the device can be equipped with AirMixKit - an optional device for automatically controlled mixing of intake air from inside and outside the hall, according to current temperature conditions. Removable air filters; large heat transfer surface for maximum efficiency; integrated diffuser to reduce air speed; scroll compressors; air temperature control accuracy +/- 0.1 ° C
