Pultrusion Lines KraussMaffei

Pultrusion lines KraussMaffei are used for the production of profiles, tapes and rebar - reinforcement for concrete. Pultrusion lines use new technology of injection box (pultrusion die) instead of an open bath production. The material is pulled into the infeed area where it is accurately formed to the required shape and impregnated with a resin matrix, afterwards coming through heated kiln is cured for shape stabilizing. The machines are available in different sizes, available also with multi-component head for complex products and additional equipment as printers, cutting saw and packing/wrapping station. Thanks to KraussMaffei experience and proven technology is the pultrusion line output up to 10 m/min.
