Establishment of the branch 1.PLASTCOMPANY POLSKA Sp. z o.o. in Poznan.

Establisment of the branch VALPLAST SK, spol. s r.o. in Bratislava. New cooperation with italian suppliers – MB Conveyors srl, PLASTIBLOW SRL, Eurochiller S.r.l. and Beccaria srl.

2012

Establishment of the companies 1.PLASTCOMPANY, spol, s r.o. and VALPLAST CZ, spol. s r.o. in Brno.

2007

Sale of business shares of  Plastochem holding to swiss company Tunica, a member of OMYA group. Commencement of cooperation with dutch company MOVACOLOR B.V.

2005

Commencement of cooperation with german company Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG.

2004

Plastochem holding achieved the annual turnover of 1 billion CZK and sold more than 100.000 tons of raw materials at CZ, SK, HU, PL, RO, BG, LT, EE, LV, UA markets.

2003

Commencement of cooperation with french company SISE SAS.

2001

Commencement of cooperation with german company Wanner Technik GmbH.

2000

The beginning of long-term cooperation and friendship with Petr Betáš as the strategic salesman and later co-owner of  1.PLASTCOMPANY, spol. s r.o. and VALPLAST CZ, spol. s r.o. Commencement of cooperation with german company KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH in the field of RIM technologies.

Commencement of cooperation with german company ERLENBACH GmbH.

Commencement of cooperation with german company Gerco Technik GmbH.

The begging of long-term cooperation and friendship with Dionýz Nagy as the head of machine sales department and later co-owner of 1.PLASTCOMPANY, spol. s r.o. a VALPLAST CZ, spol. s r.o.

1994

Commencement of cooperation with german company KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH in the field of extrusion lines.

1993

Establishment of Plastochem, spol. s r.o., Bratislava and her daughter Plastochem Brno, spol. s r.o. as distributors of plastics, additives to plastics, chemical raw materials and at the same time machines and technologies for processing and recycling plastics. 

1990

Establishment of trading company Plastochem based in Bratislava as an exclusive representative of HENKEL group at Czechoslovak market.
