Uniformity of the melt flow is the most important parameter for achieving high quality plastic sheets. The unique screw geometry of the single-screw and twin-screw extruders and coextruders KraussMaffei ensures that such a high melt flow uniformity is achieved. Even without use of melt pumps there is not negatively influenced perfect quality of produced sheets.
