Krauss Maffei KMD-63K/PL conical and KMD-75-32PL or KMD 90-32/PL parallel twin screw co-extruders for production of PVC sheets with microprocessor control. Screws with internal tempering are made from nitriding steel with high surface hardness and with molybdenum wear resistant layer on the screw flights, are combined with air cooled deep-nitrided barrels for excellent sliding properties and minimal wear.
