EMTower block mould systems are designed for achieving the excellent block quality in the long-term operation, resulting in the perfect quality of the EPS insulation boards. They can be optionally equipped by the electrical side wall adjustment and anti-bending system, minimizing the residual tension of the EPS block. The block moulds are equipped by fully electronic control systems, vacuum units of optimum size, freely configurable vaporization of the 4 separately controllable steam chambers, leading to the best homogeneity, short cycle times, low energy consumption, and minimum humidity of blocks.
