Dosing Unit AZODOS®

The AZODOS® device is designed for dosing powder materials in applications with high requirements for accuracy and stability of dosing. The device is supplied in a gravimetric version (loss-in-weight) or it can dispense material into a weighing container below it as a volumetric device.

Description

Device is equipped by agitator in hopper to avoid material bridging. Various dosing screw design allows to cover wide range of materials and output. For continuous gravimetric processes the AZODOS® P….DW is connected to the AZO®CONT controller to create an individual loss-in-weight feeder DDW. However, mostly is device used as a part of complex dosing and weighing system.
