Injection machine BOY 25 E with max. clamping force 250 kN is upgraded version of the most successful machine BOY 22. It is equipped with devices and most modern technology which is standard for us. This machine is equipped with multi-patented control system Procan ALPHA®4 as well as bigger injection machines.

The BOY 25 E is standard horizontal version of BOY injection machines coming from long-year experiences with its foregoer BOY 22. Well-established, cantilevered two-platen clamping system reduces the space requirement to a minimum but with good access to injection and clamping unit. A large range of screw sizes for processing of various types of materials can be used. The innovative and multi-patented Procan ALPHA®4 control provides for absolute precision and repeatability with easy operability. This machine differs from BOY 22 with higher clamping force, servo-driven energy saving hydraulic pump and newest controlling system. It is possible to equip the machine with special patented injection unit "EconPlast".
