Description

The BOY 35 E HV is a special combination of ordering of injection and clamping unit. Horizontal design of clamping unit makes falling of completed parts on the conveyor or to the container easy. For special applications which do not allow injecting into the centre of the mould has BOY 35 E HV special configuration for parting-line application. Well-established, cantilevered two-platen clamping system reduces the space requirement to a minimum but with good access to injection and clamping unit. A large range of screw sizes for processing of various types of materials can be used. The innovative and multi-patented Procan ALPHA®4 control provides for absolute precision and repeatability with easy operability. The machine is equipped with servo-driven energy saving hydraulic pump. It is possible to equip the machine with special patented injection unit "EconPlast" and therefore reach one of lowest energy consumption in its class.
