Injection Unit BOY 2C XS

Description

The BOY 2C XS is a mobile injection unit equipped with its own hydraulic system and controlling system. This injection unit is intended to be combined with standard BOY injection machines but also with competitor's machines for multi-component injection. Design of the unit comes from parameters of BOY 22. Injection technology is realised through the screw with non-return ring valve (not a "piston-injection" technology). A large range of screw sizes for processing of various types of materials can be used. The intelligent design is ideally suited for the requirements of micro injection moulding. The innovative and multi-patented Procan ALPHA®4 control provides for absolute precision and repeatability with easy operability. Injection unit can be positioned in various positions, most often directly on the mould, or through the console connected to basic machine. Both machines communicate via standard interfaces.
