The basic principle of the MIXACO Speedy™ bag and drum mixer is to mix small batches directly in bags or barrels. The product remains in its original container throughout the working process - from filling and mixing to transport and discharging - which significantly reduces costly and time-consuming cleaning.

Description

For powder and granules, specially developed dead-space free mixing bags with a capacity of 50 or 100 liters are available. Volumes of up to 200 liters can be mixed in barrels. In addition to powders and granules, liquids can also be mixed. First, the appropriate tool for mixing is run into the container (bag or barrel), where the product is then very gently homogenized or dispersed without increasing its temperature. The container can be transported to another processing station directly after mixing. MIXACO Speedy™ is a practical solution in terms of internal logistics: the product is weighed, mixed, transported and stored in the same bag or barrel.
