The multi-stage hot tool mixes the product and distributes all ingredients and recipe materials evenly into the mixture. When the desired target temperature is reached, the mixture is discharged into the cooling mixer through the discharge port and the hot mixer is ready for the next batch. The combination with a horizontal cooling stage is the perfect solution for high performance even in bulky materials. High-performance cooling with three cooling zones enables particularly gentle mixing and efficient cooling of the material. The combination with a vertical cooling stage is an economical, robust solution for volumes up to 2,500 kg / h. Optimum cooling performance is achieved by targeted water circulation in the floor and side walls of the mixer.
