Description

HT-Cooling CS-BA process water chillers offer a versatile and reliable solution for cooling process water in industrial environments. The units are built on a robust frame made of galvanized steel, ensuring high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.

The chillers are equipped with high-efficiency scroll compressors, available in mono or tandem configuration, providing stable cooling capacity and optimized energy performance. Heat exchange is handled by a high-performance condenser with copper tubes and aluminum fins, supported by axial fans designed for quiet and efficient operation.

The hydraulic circuit is fully integrated and includes a circulation pump, expansion vessel, buffer tank, and safety components, allowing for quick installation and reliable operation. A high-efficiency plate evaporator ensures optimal heat transfer and precise temperature control of the process water.

Operation is managed by an advanced electronic controller that enables continuous monitoring of system parameters, alarm diagnostics, and safe unit operation. The CS-BL Series can be configured to meet specific application requirements and is suitable for a wide range of industrial processes requiring dependable and energy-efficient water cooling.
