Water cooled chillers HT-Cooling CS-BS series

Description

HT-Cooling CS-BS water-cooled chillers are designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial applications. The robust frame made of painted, galvanized sheet steel ensures high mechanical strength and long service life.

The units are equipped with reciprocating piston compressors in models CS-BS 3–4, while the remaining models feature high-efficiency scroll compressors. The environmentally friendlier refrigerant R513A is used. Heat rejection is provided by axial fans in combination with a copper condenser with aluminum fins, complete with a G2-class aluminum air filter.

The CS-BS series is available in several hydraulic circuit configurations – with an integrated pump and tank, with a pump without a tank, or without both pump and tank. Pumps with different pressure ratings are also available, including run / stand-by configurations, allowing precise customization to specific application requirements.

As standard, the units are equipped with a coaxial tube-in-tube evaporator; a version with a plate evaporator is also available on request. Operation is managed by an advanced digital controller with alarm diagnostics and alarm history, featuring a volt-free alarm contact and remote ON/OFF capability. RS485 communication with the Modbus protocol is included as standard.

A wide range of optional features is available, including EC fans, a low-temperature version for water down to −10 °C, high and low voltage alarms, manual or automatic water circuit by-pass, a 100-micron water filter, automatic water filling, and castors.
