Description

HT-Cooling CS-PA process water chillers are designed as powerful and highly flexible solutions for process water cooling in medium-duty to heavy-duty industrial applications. The series includes multiple models with cooling capacities ranging from approximately 120 kW to 290 kW, covering a wide variety of industrial cooling requirements.

The units are equipped with tandem scroll compressors, providing stable and efficient operation, low noise levels, and long service life. The compressor compartment is fully enclosed and accessible from three sides via removable panels, allowing easy service access and simplified maintenance.

The frame construction is made of galvanized steel with a polyester powder coating (RAL 9002), offering excellent resistance to weather conditions and making the units suitable for outdoor installation. The hydraulic circuit can be configured in several versions – with an integrated pump and tank, with a pump only, or without both pump and tank – enabling precise adaptation to different operating requirements.

Heat rejection is provided by a finned condenser with copper tubes and aluminum fins, ensuring efficient heat exchange with low energy consumption. For the evaporator, customers can choose either a brazed plate evaporator or a shell-and-tube evaporator, both supplied with electronic expansion control as standard.

Unit operation is managed by an advanced electronic controller that allows full system monitoring, water temperature control, and alarm diagnostics, with optional RS485 communication for remote supervision and integration into higher-level control systems. Standard equipment includes a flow switch, Y-filters on the water inlet, automatic water filling (for versions with a buffer tank), temperature and pressure sensors, protective relays, and remote ON/OFF control.
