Description
HT-Cooling CS-HPA process water chillers are designed as powerful, efficient, and flexible cooling systems for process water in a wide range of industrial applications, from mechanical engineering to automated production lines.
The units are equipped with scroll compressors arranged in multi-compressor (tandem) configurations, ensuring high reliability, smooth operation, and optimized performance even under variable load conditions. The compressor section is housed in an enclosed compartment with access via service panels, allowing easy maintenance without disrupting operation.
The robust frame construction is made of galvanized steel with a polyester powder coating, providing high mechanical strength, resistance to environmental influences, and suitability for outdoor installation. A wide range of hydraulic module configurations is available, including versions with an integrated pump and tank, pump-only configurations, or versions without both pump and tank, enabling precise customization to application-specific and operational requirements.
Heat exchange is ensured by a high-quality finned condenser with copper tubes and aluminum fins, which, together with an efficient evaporator, provides optimal heat transfer and high energy efficiency. The units support various evaporator types depending on the specific application needs.
Operation, monitoring, and control of the chiller are handled by a modern digital controller, offering clear supervision of operating parameters, alarm diagnostics, and safe management of the operating cycle. Remote communication and integration into higher-level control systems via industrial interfaces are also available.
